Tender Meat Powder: 0.5 tsp.

Steps for Cooking Black Pepper Pork Chop
Wash the fresh pork chops and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Use a meat hammer to tenderize the meat through a plastic bag or cling film. This makes the meat thinner and easier to cook. Also, the meat won’t curl up during frying if the tendons are broken, and most importantly, it helps to make the meat tender! (Frying all lean meat often results in a rough texture)
Add all the seasonings to the pork, and mix well. If your barbecue sauce doesn’t contain honey, be sure to add some, as it gives the meat a shiny appearance.
Finally, add the tender meat powder, just a little bit is enough, as too much will make the meat powdery, like feed chicken breast.
Marinate for 3-5 hours.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and fry for about 5-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chops. It’s better to undercook than overcook, as you can microwave it for half a minute if it’s not cooked enough, but if it’s overcooked, it won’t taste good. Try not to cover the pan during frying. The finished product should have a crispy exterior and tender meat inside!
