Steps for Cooking Black Pepper Pork Chop
Ingredients needed: cooking wine, black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, red wine.
Use the back of a knife to tenderize the pork chop.
Add all the seasonings from step 1 to the pork chop, adjust the amount according to personal preference, and marinate for a while.
Heat the oil in a pan, add a little garlic and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant, and add onions if desired.
Add the marinated pork chop to the pan and fry for 30 seconds on high heat.
Flip the pork chop and fry for another 30 seconds.
Turn to low heat and fry each side for another 15 seconds, repeat until the pork chop is cooked.
My pork chop was a bit thick, so I covered it and let it simmer for a few more seconds. If the pork chop is thinner, it can be done after the previous step.
