Steps to Make Black Rice Pearl Fresh Milk
Prepare 100g of black rice, soak in water for half a day.
Cook the soaked black rice in a pot with water until soft and sticky.
Same as above.
Add 35g of sugar and 120g of coconut milk, stir well.
For a richer taste, add some tapioca pearls!
Prepare an empty cup, place the cooked tapioca pearls into the cup.
Pour in the coconut milk black rice mixture into the cup, then add milk.
