Detailed Steps for Making Black Sesame Balls
Roast the peanuts, then peel them.
Put glutinous rice flour in a pan, stir-fry on low heat until slightly golden, then remove from heat. Let it cool to make the flour.
Put roasted black sesame seeds into a grinder.
Grind the black sesame seeds into powder, then set aside.
Using the same method, grind the peanuts in the grinder.
Grind them into powder.
Put black sesame powder, peanut powder, and granulated sugar into a container, mix well.
Add a suitable amount of sesame oil and mix well.
Add the fried glutinous rice flour.
Stir until it becomes sticky, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
