Steps to Make Black Sesame Bread
Combine 210g all-purpose flour, 50g oatmeal, 150g water, 30g honey, and 3g yeast to form a dough (adjust water amount based on flour absorption).
Soak the oatmeal in some water until soft.
Add black sesame and knead well.
Add chocolate chips and knead well.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Flatten each ball with your hand, add some raisins, and wrap them up with the dough (seal the edges facing down).
Let the dough rise again until it doubles in size, and sprinkle some flour on the surface.
Use a knife to make some cuts on the surface of the bread (I made mine too shallow, so it didn’t open up).
Bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
