Mix all ingredients except glutinous rice balls together.
Knead until smooth and without lumps, then let it ferment until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Take one part and roll it out. Place a black sesame glutinous rice ball on top.

Brush some oil in an electric rice cooker and place the dough balls inside. Let them ferment for half an hour.
Let them ferment until they double in size.
