Prepare all ingredients
Add all dry ingredients into the bread machine bucket (East Ling T15W) and then add water
Start the kneading function to knead the dough until smooth, this step only takes 5 minutes
Add vegetable oil and continue kneading the dough until fully mixed
Shape the dough into a round ball and let it ferment in the bread machine bucket
Start the fermentation function and select 35 minutes
First bake the nuts at 150 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes, then add wheat germ and bake for an additional 2 minutes
After baking, let it cool
For the fermented dough, poke a hole with your finger and if it doesn’t shrink back, it’s ready for fermentation
