Main Ingredients:
Egg Whites: 2; Black Sesame: 1 tablespoon; Low Gluten Flour: 3 tablespoons; Corn Starch: 1 tablespoon.
Additional Ingredients:
Granulated Sugar: 2 tablespoons; Navel Orange: 1.

Steps to Make Black Sesame Pancake
Put the egg whites into a bowl. Since we just made egg yolk pancakes, we didn’t wash the bowl and used it directly for the egg whites;
Add granulated sugar and stir until melted;
Squeeze in navel orange juice and stir;
Add black sesame and stir;
Add low gluten flour and corn starch;
Stir into a paste. I used an egg beater to make it silky smooth;
Put the egg paste into a pastry bag with a large opening. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and squeeze the batter onto the tray, spreading it out. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. (I didn’t take a picture of this step, sorry!)
