Steps to make Black Sesame Peanut Nougat
Prepare ingredients: marshmallow, butter, milk powder, roasted peanuts, and roasted black sesame seeds.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
Heat the butter until completely melted.
Add marshmallow and stir constantly until completely melted. Turn off the heat.
Add milk powder, roasted peanuts, and roasted black sesame seeds. Quickly mix well (if it feels a bit hard, you can soften it by heating it over low heat again).
Put the mixture into a non-stick baking pan, cover it with plastic wrap, and shape it with a rolling pin.
After cooling, cut it into small pieces (size depends on personal preference).
Wrap it with rice paper and sugar paper, and store it in the refrigerator for later consumption.
