Detailed Steps for Cooking Black Sesame Red Sugar Pancake
Grind black sesame seeds with red sugar in a food processor. (Mainly because my red sugar has clumped together)
Grind into powder.
Mix flour with boiling water to form a soft scalded dough, let it rest for half an hour.
Roll out into a thin pancake, brush with a thin layer of oil.
Sprinkle black sesame red sugar powder on top.
Roll up.
Roll and flatten from one end of the long roll, then press flat after rolling.
Carefully roll out into a thin pancake.
Cook in a flat pan over low heat, cover and cook slowly.
Flip and cook the other side, then turn to high heat to evenly brown both sides of the pancake.
