Dissolve yeast in warm water, wait for about 8 minutes (during this time, prepare flour, sugar, and black sesame powder and mix well).
Pour the yeast water into the flour, mix while pouring, knead until smooth, let it rest for about an hour (adjust resting time based on temperature);
