Wash and dry the black sesame, then stir-fry on low heat in a pot
Grind into black sesame powder using a food processor
Mix milk, sugar, and yeast until sugar melts

Brush a 6-inch mold with oil, pour in the batter, smooth the surface with a spatula, seal and ferment until doubled in size, preferably in the oven
