Detailed Steps to Make Black Sesame Tangyuan
Gather all the necessary ingredients.
Pour sugar and lard into black sesame powder, mix well with chopsticks.
Add water to glutinous rice flour, knead into a dough. (Add water slowly while kneading.)
Wrap the dough around the sesame filling. If not consuming immediately, store in the freezer.
Bring water to a boil, add the tangyuan and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. I added brown sugar and rice wine.
Finished product. A bowl full of warmth for this autumn season.
