Steps to Make Black Sugar and Red Date Cake
Beat eggs, black sugar, whole milk, baking powder, and low-gluten flour together until the mixture becomes a paste. You can add water as needed.
Remove the pits from the honey dates and chop them into small pieces. Then add them to the mixture and stir well.
Brush a small amount of oil onto a baking pan, pour the mixture onto the pan, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes.
