Put black sugar and water in a deep pot, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it cool down.
Pour the tofu into a bowl and mash it with a whisk.

Add vanilla extract to the tofu and mix well.
In another bowl, pour in the cream and whisk it.
Combine the tofu with the cream, adding half of the tofu first, mix well, then add the remaining half and mix again.
