Ingredient preparation: Red beans, black rice, coix seed, red dates, rock sugar in appropriate amounts (I only made it for one person, so I used less).
Then put them into an electric pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.
Tips: When using an electric pressure cooker, choose the meat/ribs option (this will make the red beans and black rice soft and sticky). P.S.
