Steps to Make Blooming Flowers
Prepare the chiffon cake, slice the chiffon cake into three layers.
Add sugar to the whipping cream.
Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, separate a small portion and add pink food coloring to one portion, and blue food coloring to the other.
Place a cake layer.
Spread the cream evenly on top of the cake.
Place canned pears (make sure to drain excess liquid) on top.
Cover with the second cake layer, continue to spread whipping cream evenly. Then add more pears.
Top with the third cake layer.
Spread whipping cream and smooth it out.
Finish frosting the entire cake.
Use the colored whipping cream in a piping bag to create flower decorations around the cake, and place them on the whipped cream cake.
