Steps to Make Blueberry Bagels
Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter.
Blend the blueberries into a puree using a blender, adding a little water if necessary.
Put all the dough ingredients except for the butter into a bread machine and knead the dough.
Add the butter and continue kneading the dough after it has formed a ball.
After the dough has formed a film, roll it into a ball and let it ferment until it has doubled in size.
Divide the fermented dough into 6 pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into an oval shape about 30cm long, and roll it up from top to bottom. Tighten the seal.
Wrap the other end around, tighten the joint, and place it on parchment paper.
Place it in a warm place to ferment for 30 minutes.
Boil the syrup until it bubbles, then put the bagel dough in it and blanch each side for 10 seconds. Remove and drain.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, remove from the mold, and let cool.
