Steps to Make Blueberry Bicolor Mousse
Weigh all the ingredients and set aside.
Heat the milk, add softened gelatin sheets soaked in cold water, and mix well.
Whip the whipping cream with sugar until it reaches a flowing state.
Pour one-third of the milk mousse mixture into the blueberry juice and mix well.
Pour the rest into the whipped cream and mix well.
Add two spoonfuls of whipped cream into the blueberry mixture and mix well.
Mix well.
Pour the white whipped cream mixture into a mold and freeze in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Then pour in the blueberry mixture, fill it up, and freeze in the refrigerator.
Remove from the mold, top with blueberry decorations, and serve.
