Blueberry Mousse Cooking Steps
Milk, cream, blueberry jam, gelatin sheets, gummy candies
Two slices of cake
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water first
Heat the milk and sugar, add the soaked gelatin sheets, stir until melted
Add the cooled milk-gelatin mixture to the blueberry jam
Whip the cream to 70% firmness
Add the whipped cream to the blueberry mixture, stir well
Place one slice of cake in a 6-inch mold
Add half of the blueberry cream mixture to the mold,
Then place another slice of cake on top and pour in the remaining blueberry cream mixture. Smooth the surface and put it in the freezer for two hours.
Add a little water to the gummy candies and melt them in a double boiler. After cooling, pour them onto the blueberry cream cake and put it in the freezer for another four hours. After removing the mold, the blueberry mousse cake is ready. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the melted gummy candies. Let’s laugh it off.
