Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Boneless Duck with Beans
Wash and chop the ginger and garlic.
Rinse the duck meat and cut into pieces.
Sear the duck meat in a pan to remove excess moisture.
Heat oil, stir-fry Doubanjiang to release fragrance, then add the duck meat and stir-fry.
Add ginger pieces and continue stir-frying.
Add water to cover the ingredients, then tie them up in a bundle.
Rinse the fresh bamboo shoots and cut into segments.
Place the cut bamboo shoot segments in the pot and braise for 1 hour.
Trim the ends of the boneless beans, wash and set aside.
Add large pieces of king oyster mushrooms for flavor.
Add garlic and chili pepper segments to bring out the spiciness.
Add the boneless beans and braise together for 30 minutes.
