Step-by-Step Instructions for Boneless Spicy Chicken Feet
Cook the chicken feet in cold water for about seven to eight minutes.
Rinse and soak the cleaned chicken feet in cold water with ice cubes for about ten minutes.
Remove the bones with a knife.
I’m not good at removing the small joints, so I can only easily remove the big bones.
Chop the garlic and sauté in hot oil, add pickled lemon, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, mix well.
Pour the sauce over the boneless feet, add fresh lemon, lime, mix well, refrigerate for two hours before serving.
