Brain Boosting Walnut Sesame Cereal Cooking Steps
6 walnuts, 200g black sesame seeds, 10g red beans, 10g black beans, 10g peanuts.
Rinse the red beans, black beans, and peanuts with water and drain. Then, apply a little cooking oil (this will enhance the aroma and prevent burning), spread them evenly (it’s best to have just one layer for better heating), preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Shell the walnuts and remove the kernels (if you don’t have a nutcracker at home, you can ask the seller to help crack them, which is much more convenient).
Rinse the black sesame seeds and directly pour them into a pot. Stir-fry over medium heat throughout, making sure not to be lazy and cause uneven heating, as these tiny seeds can easily burn; once you smell the aroma, continue stirring for 3 minutes.
Once all the ingredients are ready, place them in a blender. Layer the black sesame seeds at the bottom, peanuts and walnut kernels in the middle (break them into smaller pieces by hand for easier blending), and red beans and black beans on top (when you close the lid, invert it, with the hardest ingredients closest to the blade, it’s best to fill the blender to about 2/3 full, as too much will result in uneven blending, and the raw walnut kernels will release some oil during blending, and when it’s done, the blade will automatically stop rotating).
Unscrew the lid, the aroma is beyond words.
