Detailed Steps for Braised Beef
Wash the beef brisket, cut into pieces, blanch in cold water with scallion segments and cooking wine to remove blood and impurities. Drain well.
Prepare the seasonings for braising.
Heat a little oil in an electric pressure cooker, add the dried spices, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the beef pieces, a tablespoon of cooking wine.
A tablespoon of dark soy sauce.
