Detailed Steps for Cooking Braised Crocodile Meat
Blanch the crocodile meat in hot water, peel off the skin, and cut into pieces.
Fry the garlic in oil until fragrant and set aside.
Heat the pan, dry-fry the crocodile meat until slightly charred on the outside, and set aside.
