Detailed Steps for Braised Duck Chunks
Cut the duck meat into large chunks, stir-fry in a pan until dry and slightly charred on the surface, and then remove from the pan.
Wash the pan and add brown sugar, oil, dried chili, duck meat, and all the spices. Stir-fry until the duck meat is colored.
Add soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, red yeast rice, 1 tablespoon of oil, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and braise for about half an hour.
When the duck meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with a little sesame oil. Done.
