Ingredients.
Blanch the lamb ribs in boiling water.
Boil until the water turns clear.
Wash the lamb ribs and put them in a pressure cooker with bamboo cane, sliced ginger, lemon peel, chili, lemongrass, and appropriate amount of water. Cover and cook over high heat until the steam comes out, then turn to medium-high heat and cook for 20 minutes.
