Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking Braised Mango Chicken Thighs
Cut the mango into chunks, slice the ginger, and crush the garlic.
Rinse the chicken thighs, make a few cuts on both sides with a toothpick (or make diagonal cuts), to allow for better flavor absorption. Boil in water to remove blood, then remove and marinate in Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken thighs and marinade, stir-fry evenly.
Pour in hot water, just enough to cover the chicken thighs, cover the pan, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
When the chicken thighs are cooked and the sauce is thickened, add the mango and stir-fry quickly.
Turn off the heat, plate the dish.
