Steps for cooking Braised Oil Wheatgrass ~
Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the oil wheatgrass under running water and soak it in a bowl of water to clean it.
Cut off the root and divide the leaves into two parts. Keep the inside leaves intact and make a few vertical cuts at the root to make it cook faster and absorb more flavor. Arrange the whole wheatgrass on a plate for a nice presentation.
Choose a plate and cut the oil wheatgrass to fit the length of the plate. This makes for a nice presentation.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat a wok with a little salad oil, add the oil wheatgrass and braise until half cooked, then remove from the wok.
Using the remaining oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add 2 teaspoons of Thai sweet chili sauce and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Add a small amount of warm water, a little salt, and chicken powder to the mixture and mix well to make the sauce.
Add the braised oil wheatgrass to the sauce, gently stir, and let the sauce soak in for about 1 minute before turning off the heat.
Plate and enjoy the delicious dish.
