Braised Pig Heart Detailed Cooking Steps
Split the purchased pig heart in half and clean the blood clots inside;
Soak the pig heart in cold water for 2 hours;
Put the soaked pig heart in a pot of cold water, blanch it for a while and remove it;
Put the blanched pig heart into an electric pressure cooker, pour in 80ml of braising sauce and 80ml of warm water;
