Prepare the ingredients: Soak the purchased pig’s trotters in cold water, wash them clean, and remove all impurities from the crevices. It’s best to soak the soybeans for about 2 hours in advance.
Cut the pig’s trotters into pieces along the bone joints, it’s easy to cut along the bone joints of the pig’s trotters, then wash them clean.
