Prepare Chinese cabbage and frozen tofu.
Slice the cooked pork belly, chop the scallion and ginger.
Slice the king oyster mushroom.
Heat the oil in the pot, add Sichuan peppercorn and star anise to stir-fry until fragrant.
Add scallion, ginger and pork belly to stir-fry.
Stir-fry the pork belly until oil comes out.
Add king oyster mushroom and stir-fry.
Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry evenly.
Spread the pork belly at the bottom of the clay pot.
Spread the frozen tofu on top of the pork belly.
Put the Chinese cabbage on top, add oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt.
Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir evenly with chopsticks.
