Cut the northern-style tofu into triangular pieces about 1cm thick, sprinkle evenly with salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the non-stick pan with oil until it reaches 40% heat, then add the marinated tofu pieces.
Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Remove the fried tofu and pour the meat sauce into the pan. Bring to a boil, then add the fried tofu.
Adjust the taste as needed. Add salt if it’s too bland, sugar if it’s too salty, and red pepper or white pepper powder if you prefer a slightly spicy flavor.
