#BreadMaker#Brioche Bread Cooking Steps
Add egg liquid and milk to the bread bucket
Then add bread flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt
Start the kneading program for 20 minutes, at this point the dough should be able to stretch into a thick film
Start the kneading program again, adding butter. Add the butter in three portions, each time directly from the refrigerator without softening. Knead until the dough fully absorbs the butter before adding the next portion
Once all the butter is added and fully kneaded into the dough, the dough should become very smooth and able to stretch into a thin film
Shape the dough, cover with a damp cloth, and let it ferment in a warm place
Once the dough has doubled in size from fermentation
Deflate the dough, divide into 6 portions
Shape each portion into a round ball
Place the dough balls into the bread bucket
Cover with a damp cloth and let it ferment for the final time in a warm place. When the dough does not spring back when lightly pressed and has tension, it’s ready
Place the bread bucket back into the bread maker, select the baking function, set the time for 1 hour, and adjust the browning according to preference. I chose a dark color

Remove and cool on a wire rack
Due to its high butter content, the bread tastes especially delicious
