Shred the carrot and blanch the celery leaves separately in boiling water, then squeeze out excess water. Make a thin omelette with the egg and cut into strips.
Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with a little sesame seeds, then heat oil and drizzle over the sesame seeds. (I used walnut oil for my baby, but any oil will do)
Ready to serve, with a light and refreshing taste.
