Cut 1 cold steamed bun into small pieces. 3 tablespoons of flour. Chop green onion, pork, and ginger. Cut mushroom and tofu into small pieces.
Heat a little oil in a pan, then stir-fry the minced meat, ginger, and green onion for a few seconds.
Add the diced mushrooms and stir-fry.
Pour in water, then add the diced tofu, bring to a boil.
While waiting for the pot to boil, mix the flour into a thin batter. Pour into the pot and bring to a boil. This batter must be added.
