Steps for cooking British Style Fried Fish Fillet
Cut the haddock into finger-sized strips, marinate with white wine, lemon juice, white pepper powder, and salt for half an hour.
Take a container, add half of the starch and half of the flour, pour in beer and stir to make a batter. Take another container and beat the egg white until it is foamy, then mix the two mixtures together to make a crispy batter.
Dredge the fish fillet in flour and then coat it with the crispy batter. Fry it in oil at 70% heat until the surface is slightly yellow, then drain the excess oil and place it on a plate.
Squeeze the sauce made of concentrated orange juice and tartar sauce evenly on the fish fillet, and decorate with mint leaves.
