Steps for Cooking Broccoli and Beef Sausage Stir Fry
Soak the wood ear mushrooms in cold water, then rinse them clean. If some pieces are too large, tear them into small pieces by hand.
Wash the carrots and slice them thinly. They cook quickly when stir-fried, so there is no need to blanch them in advance.
Peel the garlic and slice it.
Cut the beef sausage into pieces, not too thick, about 5mm thick is fine.
Break the broccoli into small pieces by hand, then blanch them in boiling water. Add a little salt to the water to make the broccoli greener and more beautiful.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pan, heat it up, and then add the garlic slices to stir-fry until fragrant.
Then add the wood ear mushrooms and carrots to stir-fry together, and add a little salt to season.
When the carrot slices change color, add the broccoli and stir-fry for a few more seconds.
Finally, add the beef sausage and stir-fry together. The beef sausage is already cooked, it is just frozen, so it does not need to be stir-fried for too long before it can be served.
