Broccoli Grilled Beef Tenderloin Cooking Steps
Mince 2 cloves of garlic, mix with crushed black pepper, thyme, and 5g salt in olive oil.
Evenly spread the mixture on the surface of the beef tenderloin, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets.
Mix broccoli florets with minced garlic, 20g olive oil, 1g salt, and black pepper sauce, marinate for a while to infuse flavors.
Fill the steam oven water tank with water.
Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with crushed black pepper for seasoning, and place on the middle rack of the oven.
Set to broil mode and bake for 15 minutes.
While the broccoli is baking, heat a skillet over high heat (no need to add oil) and sear the marinated beef tenderloin on both sides for about 30 seconds each.
Cut the seared beef tenderloin into slices (about 1cm thick).
Wash the onion, cut into strips, and set aside.
When there are 5 minutes left in the baking time, remove the broccoli, top with beef tenderloin and onion, and return to the steam oven for further baking.
Wash the bell pepper, cut into chunks, and add to the baking sheet for the final 1 minute of baking.
Once done baking, remove from the oven and serve hot.
