Brown Wheat Red Bean Triangle Buns Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients for the dough: bread flour, milk, and instant dry yeast.
Mix the milk and instant dry yeast and let it sit for a few minutes.
Mix the yeast water and bread flour to form a dough, and refrigerate it for about 10 hours to ferment.
Ingredients for the main dough: pre-fermented dough, bread flour, brown wheat flour, egg, red bean paste, salt, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar.
Put all the ingredients except for the salt and unsalted butter into the bread maker and start the kneading program.
Add the salt when the dough is formed and continue kneading.
Add the unsalted butter when the dough is slightly elastic and continue kneading.
When the dough becomes smooth and elastic, take it out and shape it into a round ball, put it in a bowl, and let it ferment in a warm place. The flower-shaped bread does not need to be kneaded into a glove film.
When the dough has doubled in size, poke it with your finger. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, the dough has fermented properly.
Deflate the dough and divide it into nine small doughs, then let them rest for 5 minutes.
Take one small dough, shape it into a triangle and flatten it.
Use a rolling pin to roll each corner of the triangle to elongate it.
Place the red bean paste in the center of the dough.
