Brownie Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients.
Place in a bowl over simmering water to melt.
Mix eggs and sugar.
Sift in all dry ingredients.
Fold gently, do not overmix.
Pour batter into chocolate mixture (make sure chocolate mixture is at room temperature).
Fold gently, do not overmix.
Pour into mold.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not overbake, the texture inside will not be good, test with a toothpick.
