Cut the dark chocolate and butter into small pieces and place in a bowl
Heat over simmering water and stir constantly until completely melted into a liquid, then remove the bowl from the water
Add granulated sugar to the melted chocolate and mix well
Add beaten eggs. The eggs should be at room temperature. If taken from the refrigerator, they need to be warmed up. Add vanilla extract
Sift in high gluten flour and mix into a batter
Add chocolate chips and mix well
Pour the batter into a mold, fill it to 90%. Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
