Steps to Make Buckwheat Sesame Buns
100g buckwheat flour, 200g all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3g yeast.
Add cold water and knead into dough for fermentation.
Ferment for about two hours.
Knead the dough, prepare some black sesame seeds and an equal amount of sugar, mix them into sesame filling.
Press the dough four times with your hands, wrap the black sesame filling like a bun, and then decorate it with a mold.
