Steps to Make Butter Cake with Milk Flavor
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, cut it into small pieces and let it soften. Add the softened butter, fine sugar, and salt to an electric egg beater and mix well.

Add fresh milk and mix well.
Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well from bottom to top with a scraper.
