6-inch chiffon cake: 1 piece.

Whipping cream: 350g; Powdered sugar: 35g; Dragon fruit: as needed; Strawberry jam: a little.

Buttercream Cake Cooking Steps
Divide the chiffon cake into three layers.
Whip 350g whipping cream with 35g powdered sugar.
Whip until it reaches piping consistency.
Slice the dragon fruit thinly and cut out flower shapes with a mold. (The thinner the dragon fruit slices, the better. Cut the remaining scraps into small pieces for later use.)
Take one cake layer, spread whipped cream evenly on top.
Add the chopped dragon fruit on top.
Press down with a spatula. Place the second cake layer on top, continue to spread whipped cream evenly.
Add more dragon fruit and continue to spread evenly. Then place the third cake layer on top and continue to spread. Smooth the sides of the cake as well.
Use a piping bag to pipe dots around the cake.
Divide the chiffon cake into three layers.
