Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking Cabbage and Vermicelli Stir-Fried with Eggs
Finely shred the cabbage. I cut it a bit thick as I only had a piece of cabbage left at home, and the stem was a bit thick, resulting in uneven cuts.
Beat 2 eggs.
Soak a small handful of vermicelli in hot water, set aside for later use. Since the vermicelli I used was quite white, I added some soy sauce for color, but I didn’t take a picture of it.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs until cooked, then set aside.
Heat oil in another pan, stir-fry ginger strips and chopped green onions, then add the cabbage and stir-fry.
When the cabbage is almost cooked, add the vermicelli and eggs, stir-fry, add salt and soy sauce as needed, continue to stir-fry until all ingredients are evenly mixed, then add chicken bouillon before removing from heat.
And that’s it!
