Cut the Jinhua ham into small pieces.
Break the shrimp meat into slices.
Rinse the sliced shrimp meat, lightly coat with cornstarch.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the cornstarch-coated shrimp slices.
After adding the shrimp slices, add the green peas to blanch together, then remove when the shrimp curls up.
Take a spoon of fresh milk to dissolve 2g of cornstarch.
Pour the dissolved cornstarch into a large bowl of milk.
Stir well with a spatula.
Pour the well-stirred milk into the egg whites.
