Car Cake Cooking Steps
Add milk, salad oil, and honey to the pot and mix well
Add sifted low-gluten flour
Mix well
Add egg yolks and mix well
Add one egg at a time, mix well before adding another
Beat egg whites until foamy, add a few drops of lemon juice, gradually add sugar in three portions and beat until stiff peaks form. Mix 1/3 with the egg yolk mixture
Pour the mixed batter back into the egg whites
Mix well
Pour the cake batter into the car-shaped mold and remove air bubbles
Preheat to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes, then cool upside down
Trim the cooled car cake in half
Whip the whipping cream
Add yellow peach slices in the middle for a fruit cream filling
Place the other half of the cake on top
Spread cream around the car and outline the car shape with chocolate
Add blue food coloring to the whipped cream
Use a piping bag with a star tip to create decorations on the car
Finally, use Oreo cookies as the wheels
