Steps for cooking Carp and Radish Soup
Wash the carp and apply 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine inside and outside, marinate for 15 minutes.
Peel the radish and cut into thick shreds.
Slice the ginger and chop the scallions.
Boil the radish in an appropriate amount of water.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the carp until both sides are golden brown, and add the ginger slices to stir-fry when flipping.
Add the fried fish and ginger slices to the radish soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Sprinkle with scallions and serve.
