Detailed Steps for Carrot and Onion Stir Fry
Cut the onion and carrot into thin strips and set aside.
Heat the pan and add oil. When the oil is slightly hot, add the onion and stir fry.
Add the carrot and stir fry. Add seasoning to taste.
Stir fry until the carrot and onion are both soft. If there is not enough oil, you can add some cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Cook until the carrot is tender. Some people like crispy carrots, but I prefer the taste of soft carrots.
Finally, add lettuce and stir fry.
When cooked, remove from heat and serve.
